Dan Olszewski: Director of the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship, University of Wisconsin - Madison Prior to joining the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dan was CEO and Chairman of PNA Holdings where by organically growing Parts Now! LLC and acquiring Katun Corp. revenues increased from $26M to over $400M during his tenure. Before joining Parts Now! he was a consultant at McKinsey and Company and also worked for IBM, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and Yasuda Fire and Marine Insurance in Tokyo. Dan has a bachelor's degree in economics and computer sciences from University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Gerry George: Director, Rajiv Gandhi Centre, Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship & AIM Innovation Fellow at the Tanaka Business School, Imperial College London Gerry recently joined Imperial College’s Tanaka Business School to head up the newly-founded Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He moved from London Business School (LBS), where he was associate professor of entrepreneurship and faculty director of the Institute of Technology. Before joining LBS Gerry was associate professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a specialist in entrepreneurship and innovation strategy and his current research centers on the global business impact of human embryonic stem cells.

Andrew Garni (Investor/Operating Committee Member): Chief Financial Officer and Principal, PolyFirst Packaging Andy is a founder, partner and Chief Financial Officer of PolyFirst Packaging & Western Packaging, specializing in custom flexible packaging design, printing and converting. He was previous founder and partner in Advance Material Recovery & Memorial Scrap in the non-ferrous scrap metal industry. Andy has prior engineering experience at Kohler and Briggs and Stratton Companies and with Advance Cast Stone Company, an architectural pre-cast concrete company.

Dr. John Katers: Assoc. Prof. of Natural and Applied Sciences (Engineering), University of Wisconsin-Green Bay John teaches courses on industrial pollution control, waste management/resource recovery, pollution prevention, resource management strategies, and solar and alternate energy systems. He is a consultant to Focus on Energy and STS Consultants, covering the business and technology of burning wood for energy. John received a doctorate in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Marquette University, a master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy, and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Business Administration both from UWGB.
- Brett Rimkus: Vice President-Coworker Services, Finance and Administration at CDW Berbee, a subsidiary of CDW Corporation Brett assumed his current position in January 2007. Prior to that, Brett was Chief Financial Officer of Berbee since December 1999, having joined the company in 1997 as Controller. Brett also spent 11 years working in the Business Services and Public Accounting industry. He holds a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant.
