IAER Certified Electronics Recycler
Cascade Asset Management was recognized as the first computer and electronic equipment recycler to be certified under the new 2006 international standard for Electronics Recycler Certification developed by the International Association of Electronics Recyclers (IAER). Both the Madison and Plainfield facilities are certified.

ISO 14001 Certified
Cascade Asset Management became ISO 14001:2004 Certified for all operations and activities at its electronic equipment asset management and demanufacturing facilities in Wisconsin and Indiana. This internationally recognized independently audited certification standard evaluates a company’s environmental management system and its commitment to continual improvement in environmental performance.

MAR Certified Refurbisher
Cascade became the first private, for-profit computer refurbisher accepted into the MAR program, which provides low-cost, legal licenses of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications loaded by Cascade onto refurbished PCs destined for non-profits, schools and low-income individuals. Cascade installs hundreds of licenses onto computers donated into the community each year.
