Director of Operations
Joined Cascade originally in 2002 and Operations Manager since 2005. Bachelors in Business Adminitration with a focus on Lean Manufactuing, 5S, Six Sigma, and other Operational Management processes. Is a NAID Certified Secure Destruction Specialist. Leads security program and active in NAID professional security program
General Manager - Indianapolis
A combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom with additional experience in the Army Reserve in Germany, Japan, and Southwest Asia; Security Team Lead at St. Vincent hospital with experience in Emergency Preparedness, security assessments, hazardous materials and risk assessments; B.S. in Organizational Leadership from University of Indianapolis, MBA from Anderson University, and undergrad certificate in Homeland Security from American Military University.

Started at Cascade in 2004. Education in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Provides strategic IT management for Cascade and leads customer technology support projects.

Joined Cascade in 2014 and is a Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional. A graduate of St. Norbert College, with a JD from Vanderbilt University. Matt became partner at Michael Best & Friedrich in Milwaukee prior to working as Chief Compliance Officer in investment management. Matt also started up a successful toy company with inspiration from his children and played NCAA ice hockey.

Joined Cascade in 2010 and supervisor since 2011. Leads customer service efforts. Past experience in biomedical industry at Invitrogen. BS in Business Admin from SJSU and Masters Certificate in Project Management from UW. Kristina is a Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional.

Began work at Cascade in 2011 and provides customer support, account management, logistics and scheduling. Over 14 years experience as an advocate for customers. Bachelor's from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Began work at Cascade in 2015 and brings more than 15 years experience in customer service and operations management/supervision. Jason has an accounting degree and provides direct customer support and account analysis.
Paul leads all resale activity at Cascade. He's worked at Cascade since 2010 and previously managed the company's Refurbishing program. Contact Paul and his team if you are interested in purchasing refurbished products from Cascade.

Began work at Cascade in 2001 and performed work on hundreds of on-site jobs for customers across the country. Manages Cascade's fleet and on-site service personnel (the Rapid Deployment Team).
Quality Assurance Coordinator
Karen brings her professional experience in AS9100 QMS coordination and maintenance, document development and control, and aerospace Certificate of Conformance verification and creation to lead Cascade's quality programs. She earned a Bachelor's at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and joined Cascade in 2014.
Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Coordinator
John "Sorrel" Weakland has worked at Cascade since 2004 in a number of capacaities and took over the EH&S Coordinator role in 2017. He holds a Bachelors degree from Earlham College, was a water utilities inspector, and has participated in Cascade's Health and Safety Committee for a number of years. Sorrel is also a certified Storm Chaser!

Laura joined Cascade in 2017 and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (PHR). Along with a Bachelor's Degree from UW-Whitewarer, Laura has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources servicing hospitality, production, biotech and professional service industries.
