Cascade Asset Management was established in 1999 by the husband and wife team of Neil and Jessica Peters-Michaud. Cascade began with just 3 employees and has now grown to over 100. Through out this growth Cascade has displayed a unique commitment to the environment and its employees. This commitment is woven throughout everything we do at Cascade, and was as evident on day one as it is today. It unifies our workforce in knowing that we are all working for something that is bigger than ourselves. We are proud of our work; and as employees we understand that this is more than just a business. It is a promise to our families and to our world that we will do our part to secure their future.

Our open door policy makes all levels of management, including the CEO, accessible to all employees. This accessibility fosters the collective sharing of ideas. In fact, our employees’ opinions are so valued, that many current operational procedures originated from the ideas of production employees who know our processes first hand. Communication also takes place in the form of our monthly employee newsletter, and daily, company wide, check in meetings.
