Operational Floaters.
These positions are responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by working in three primary areas as described below.
Job Responsibilities
- Inventory
- Efficiently control and manage the receipt of inventory at Cascade
- Accurately record and track inventory through an inventory management system
- Appropriately sort and stage inventory for processing
- Refurbishing
- Test equipment and record diagnostic information about equipment.
- Wipe electronic storage devices using Cascade’s Data Wiping software.
- Perform basic repair and upgrades of equipment.
- Customer Pickups and Driving a 26 foot box truck
- Provide direct service to customers at job site by promoting a positive image of Cascade, answering customer’s questions, follow-up with customers when they have logistics questions, work with vendors to ensure items are delivered as requested.
- Load and transport customer equipment safely and securely using a variety of tools.
- Occasional overnight travel across the country to conduct customer pick ups.
Requirements
- Experience with driving, inventory, testing, and/or shipping of electronics
- High quality customer services skills
- Willingness for overnight travel
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Clean driving record; DOT Certified driver (preferred); CDL is NOT required
- Ability to navigate, follow directions, and use GPS.
- Proven attention to detail
- Independent worker who is internally motivated to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and capability to work on a variety of tasks
- Proficient using computers to aid in activities; including use of database, email, the Internet, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Environmental and Compliance Manager.
We are hiring for an Environmental and Compliance Manager. This person will lead Cascade’s comprehensive quality, environmental, health and safety initiatives and compliance programs in order to meet customer and internal expectations across multiple facilities throughout the United States.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all departments to develop, implement and audit process and quality improvement programs, including ISO 14001;
- Act as a resource to all departments regarding environmental and safety issues, including leading the Safety Committee and the Environmental Management Committee;
- Perform inspections to detect accident and health hazards, and recommend corrective or preventative measures; ensuring corrective actions are implemented and verified;
- Support production functions in quality, efficiency and process improvement activities;
- Develop and manage Cascade’s comprehensive compliance and continuous improvement program to ensure processes and systems are easily replicated across multiple locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with rigorous analytical requirements (i.e. engineering, sciences)
- 3-5 plus years experience in the compliance field in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Experience with leading ISO-based management systems and environmental programs
- Ability to initiate, facilitate and lead improvement teams and create trust throughout the company
- Strong quantitative capabilities with exemplary analytical and statistical skills
- A proven track record of driving compliance and process improvement changes
- Graduate degree in environmental science, quality, engineering or business a plus
- ASQ Certification in quality management or environmental certification a plus

Rapid Deployment Technicians
We are hiring for a team of Rapid Deployment Technicians in the following areas:
- Madison, WI
- Plainfield, IN
- Seattle, WA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a new, exciting position charged with traveling the country to customer sites to collect and inventory computer equipment. We are looking for dependable, hard working and trustworthy individuals with experience driving cargo vans and box trucks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to work independently on multiple, remote assignments across the country
- Remote assignments will require frequent, extended travel ranging from 5 days to 3 months
- Professionalism and adherence to deadlines is required
- 2+ years professional driving experience is preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience with demonstrated high quality customer service skills
- Experience using inventory technology is preferred
- Clean driving record
- Confident driver in a variety of locations ranging from rural to large urban areas
