Cascade is focused on providing our quality services to customers in our local area and across the country. We can promptly respond to all customer requests large and small.

Hours of Operation
Cascade is open for business Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
We are closed on certain holidays.

Directions to our Madison facility 
Cascade's Madison facility is conveniently located near Interstates 90/94 and Hwy 51 on the northeast side of Madison.  Take Exit 132 and go South on Hwy 51.  Take a left on Hoepker Road.  Manufacturers Drive is the first road on the right.

Our central facility at 6701 Manufacturers Drive in Madison, Wisconsin provides refurbishing, demanufacturing and collection services.  All pick-ups can be scheduled through this office.  We no longer accept drop-offs from individuals at this site.

Directions to our Indianapolis facility 
From downtown Indy: Cascade is about 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Take I-70 West to I-465 South/I-74 East. Take Exit 8 for State 67 South/Kentucky Ave. Turn left onto Kentucky Ave. After 1 mile, take right on W Thompson Road. Take first left on Decatur Blvd. Our building is on the left. Our suite is at the southwest corner of the building.

From the airport: Cascade is less than 15 minutes from the airport. Exit the airport and take the ramp to Ameriplex Parkway. After about 2 miles, take a left on Decatur Blvd. Go 1.2 miles and our building is on the right. Our suite is at the southwest corner of the building.
