Non-Cascade Sponsored Collection Programs
There are many other options for households and small businesses to responsibly recycle their electronics. Dozens of states now sponsor programs that increase the availability of recycling options. Links to these state programs are maintained by the Electronics TakeBack Coalition.
Many office supply stores and Goodwill locations will also take electronics. Some manufacturers offer return programs. These are good solutions for household electronics recycling. Unfortunately, Cascade cannot attest to the responsibility of any other program, so be sure to ask proper questions to ensure your computers, and the data stored on them, are processed properly.
